The next introduction practices are held in September 2025, on Monday 15, Thursday 18 and Monday 22 September. Keep an eye out on our socials to stay up to date for the next introduction practices in February 2026. The location of our practices is the soccer fields at our field (Montgomerystraat 50a, 2321 CC Leiden). Introduction practices are completely free to access. Just stop by and get to know the sport!

Please note that these practices are outdoor. So, bring some warm clothes and cleats if you have them.
