The next introduction practices are held in September 2026, on Monday 7, Thursday 17 and Monday 21 September. The first introduction practice takes place at the soccer fields at Sportpark Boshuizerkade (Boshuizerkade 96f, 2321 TX Leiden), the second and third at our usual field (Montgomerystraat 50a, 2321 CC Leiden). Introduction practices are completely free to access. Sign up through this link, stop by and get to know the sport!

Please note that these practices are outdoor. So, bring some warm clothes and cleats if you have them.
